FT. BRAGG'S FAMOUS BBQ RECIPE!
1 Cup Butter
1/3 Cup Lemon Juice
1 1/2 Teaspoon Soy Sauce
1 1/2 Teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
2 Tablespoons Fresh Chopped Parsley
1 Teaspoon Sweet Basil
1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
Salt and Pepper to taste
Melt butter and remaining ingredients in sauce pan
Baste salmon with sauce while BBQing
(25-30 minutes - if it is thick cook it until it is pink inside and flaky and the skin peels off)
CAPT. TIM'S FAVORITE RECIPE:
Slice salmon filet into individual servings and place on plate that will fit into a microwave.
Salt both sides of pieces with "Johnny's Seasoning Salt" (Can get at Safeway)
Pepper both sides of pieces
Sprinkle top with Thyme or Dill (whichever you like best)
Lightly sprinkle top with lemon juice.
Cook in microwave on high for 4-6 minutes depending on thickness of fish, fish will be pink and flaky and the skin peels right off when done
Ready to serve!
FIRST MATE CINDY'S SURE BET!
Place whole filet (or steaks) on large piece of foil
Slice a couple of lemons into wedges
Gently slice slits down the middle of filet and place lemon wedges into slits
Sprinkle "Paul Newman's" Italian salad dressing over the top
Fold foil over top of fish and BBQ or bake @ 350 for 25-30 minutes (if it is thick cook it a little longer. Salmon is done when it is pink inside and flaky and the skin peels off)
